Book the venue first — your date, guest count and other vendors depend on it. Popular venues on auspicious dates are often booked well ahead.

Check capacity for each function, what's included (decor, catering, rooms, power backup, parking), rules on outside caterers and decorators, music and timing restrictions, and the payment and cancellation terms.

Some venues allow outside vendors, others have in-house or empanelled partners only. Ask before you book, and get it in writing.

Open a profile to see their services, starting prices, portfolio and reviews, then send an enquiry with your date and location. The vendor replies in your messages, and once you agree on the details they confirm the booking. You pay the vendor directly.
