Terms of use
These terms apply when you use Wedvue, whether you're planning a wedding or offering wedding services. By using the site, you agree to them.

What Wedvue is
Wedvue is a marketplace that helps couples find and contact wedding professionals (“vendors”). We aren't a party to the agreement between a couple and a vendor: the vendor provides the service, sets the price and is responsible for delivering it.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
For couples
- Enquiries and bookings are requests to a vendor. A booking is confirmed only when the vendor confirms it.
- Prices shown on profiles are starting prices; your final quote comes from the vendor.
- Agree the details that matter to you — what's included, timings, deposits and cancellation — directly with the vendor.
For vendors
- Your listing, prices, photos and availability must be accurate and yours to publish.
- Respond to couples honestly, honour bookings you confirm, and follow the law that applies to your business.
- Paid plans and credits are described on your Plan page; they're for your own business and aren't transferable.
Payments
Couples pay vendors directly. Wedvue doesn't process payments for wedding services and isn't responsible for refunds between couples and vendors, though we'll try to help if something goes wrong.
Reviews and content
- Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Don't post fake, paid or abusive reviews.
- You keep ownership of what you post, and give Wedvue permission to display it on the site and in related promotion of your listing.
- We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes someone else's rights.
AI assistants
Vera and Copilot use AI to suggest plans, budgets, replies and listing edits. Their suggestions can be wrong — check anything important. They prepare drafts for you to review; nothing is sent or changed until you confirm.
Liability
Wedvue is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for a vendor's services, for losses arising from agreements between couples and vendors, or for indirect losses from using the site.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@wedvue.in. See also our privacy policy.
